Hypnotherapy for Change
In a state of hypnosis, you can easily access the power of your subconscious mind and use this power to bring about change in your life. What would you like to create? The sky is pretty much the limit, but common applications include habit change, increased confidence, decreased anxiety and pain management.
This listing is for three sessions (the recommended number for most goals) of about 45 minutes. Unless you want to provide a location in the Pittsburgh area, the sessions will take place remotely.
